15 Nov 2008 Serengeti, Crater and Zanzibar - Erin Maclean Out of all my travels this tour was the best yet. Martin, William and Joseph were all very helpful and always up for a laugh and got along with everyone. Would come again if I had the same three tour staff!!!

20 Oct 2008 European Symphony - Michelle Kennedy I have always had a fear of flying but finally took the plunge and booked my European trip. We decided to go with Kumuka because of the tour length, where the tour was going but mainly because you got 2 nights in each city. I was so impressed with this tour I would do it again. I loved having things like transport, accommodation and some meals arranged but also loved the freedom of being able to do our own thing for dinner etc where and when we ended up at the end of the day. The information Susan our Tour Leader gave was valuable and know we would not have gotten this on our own or on other tours (we know people who have gone on other tours and didnt get half the information we got). Kevin our Tour Driver was such a lovely and kind man and at the end of my tour highlighted on my map for me the journey we took. I rate Kumuka top and have met so many wonderful people which Im in contact with on facebook. Thank you the team at Kumuka you have now got my feet very itchy.

02 Oct 2008 Inca Heights - michael butler Have just got back from doing the Inca Heights tour for 3 weeks.  Was the best 3 weeks ever, had a ball. Tour leader Adam and driver Drew were great fun and made the tour interesting. Hightlights were huacachina oasis and the unforgettable machu picchu, would recommend to everyone to take kumuka as value for money and knowledge. far exceeded what i expected great job look forward to travel in the future.  Mike

05 Aug 2008 European Waltz - Faye Shannon The best thing about Kumuka was not the ease in which we were able to book or ring Katie direct to answer any of our booking questions. It wasn't just Kevin and Susans professionalism as tour operators or the fantastic destinations. It was the way in which the entire tour worked - the fact that our guides taught us how to travel in Europe and be independent, to look past the tourist destinations and mingle with the locals. It was the 'cheat sheets' (Susans guide) on each place we visited and hints on activites, money, culture, public transport and even how to use the toilet system! It was the luxury of having guides with a passion who encouraged us to 'get lost in the streets' for the day and suck in the sights and smells. It was being able to do our 'own thing' not marched on and off a bus at specified destinations. Our first experince in Europe was enhanced not only by the tour planned, but what we learnt from participating in a Kumuka tour - we have not learnt this on other tours. Cant wait to learn more about another destination (?China) and how to travel 'Kumuka style'.

31 Jul 2008 Best of Africa - John O'Brien The Tour leaders and drivers were excellent and in highsight, when we stumbled across other overland trucks, I am really greatful that I was on a truck that was as well organised as Rene, Lawerence and Justin had their truck.

17 Jun 2008 Africa in Focus - Nadine Tipping Kumuka provides you with the opportunity to get involved with the people and culture of the countries you visit. I camped my way through Africa for 29 days and the experience I had was amazing. I know I will be travelling with them again and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

28 Apr 2008 Thailand Explorer - Simon Wood I really really really love Thailand. Kumuka did a really great job here a mixture of city of country side and most important of the people. Our tour guide Fon Siriya made things really great more like a friend than tour guide really in the end and I'm for ever in her debt. Anan our trekking guide was great too.
