I chose this tour because I was on a budget and could only go somewhere that was affordable to both travel there and eat, etc. Coming from North America, Central America is both trip to travel to, eat, buy souvenirs, etc. Also, the itinerary had several activities that I was really interested it (particularly going to the Mayan ruins, something I've always wanted to do!).
