Introduction:
Our action packed family tour will enable you to explore the beauty and diversity of Uganda, the 'Pearl of Africa', with its amazing wildlife, landscapes and people. This experience will take you to untamed corners, allow close encounters with chimpanzees and create lasting memories for years to come.
We take game drives in Queen Elizabeth II and Lake Mburo National Parks looking for Ugandan kob, zebra, hippo and other animals. We take a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel spotting animals such as buffalo, elephant and leopard as they come in to drink, before heading south and finding the famous tree-climbing lions. At Lake Bunyoni we paddle around some of the islands in canoes. There are close encounters with some of Uganda’s wildlife at the Entebbe Wildlife Centre, before a day trip to Ngamba Island to see the chimpanzees.
