Introduction: Looking for a trip that includes the highlights of the Incas but with a little more action? On our 8-day Cusco Action package, you will discover the Sacred Valley of the Incas and the traditional markets of Pisac. We’ll make an excursion on horseback to visit the magnificent archaeological park of Sacsayhuaman, set high on a hill above Cusco, as well as the fine Inca Ruins of Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambo Machay shrine. Our white water rafting trip takes place at Cusipata, one of the most scenic, yet least visited sections of the Urubamba River which flows from the high Andean ranges down through the Sacred Valley, passing Machu Picchu and into the Jungle. And to round it all off, there is a 4 day Inca Trek through the Andes, culminating in a guided visit to the fabled citadel set high in the Andes, Machu Picchu.
