David Hyslop says:
I would like to make a big mention of our tour leader Celia. Celia could not have been more professional, helpful and friendly. She tirelessly helped us every step of the way, whether it was through organising optional activities, answering questions or assisting with the next meal. She was always the first one up in the morning and always enthusiastic and energetic in her work. I can not recommend her more highly! Also our driver Jacques, despite being a Springbok fan, was excellent. He had to encounter some very long and tiring drives and his level of concentration was amazing. His driving was always performed in a safe manner. His local knowledge of the roads was second to none and he had a LOT of experience and information to offer on the areas we visited. He was very approachable and often came up with fun and interesting ideas on how to make the tour even better. He DOES need to improve the standard of his jokes though. he he he... Together Celia and Jacques made an excellent team and it showed in a harmonious, high spirited and fun trip for everyone involved.  All of it was fantastic.
Introduction: Travel through Uganda's tea plantations en route to trekking to see the mountain gorillas. For thrills and spills why not raft the source of the Nile or perhaps just sit back and watch the sunset over spectacular Zanzibar Island. Get involved in a community project, see the myriad of flamingos at the soda lake of Nakuru, spot rhino amongst the array of wildlife in the Rift Valley, experience 30,000 animals in the Ngorongoro Crater and maybe even the migration itself in the Masai Mara. This tour combines the best East African wildlife watching spots with the historic island of Zanizibar and some of the friendlist people you'll ever meet.

PLEASE NOTE: Clients who book on this tour also have the option of participating in the Gorilla Trek. Permits for the Gorilla Trek must be obtained well in advance of the departure date of the actual tour itself and are subject to availability.
