Introduction:

Test your fitness against the highest peak in Africa. Trek the Machame Route, generally accepted as being the most challenging and scenic route to the summit. Set off through the rainforest of the lower slopes and then to Barafu, circumnavigating Kibo's southern face and offering gorgeous views of the mountain and surroundings.
