Felicity Masson says:
Overall a great tour which included many wonderful sights and adventures. Accommodation is basic but fairly comfortable with a few nice hotels thrown in for good measure at the right time. For the price, time spent and what we saw it is great value for money. Get to the Middle East and check it out!You won't regret it! Felicity, Queensland, Australia, May 08
Introduction: A magical journey that takes you from Istanbul, a cultural melting pot of different people, cuisines and architectural styles, to Aswan, where the mighty Nile was tamed, and to Cairo. The pace of life and variety of culture experienced on this tour is mesmerising and most visitors don’t want to leave. Highlights include exploring Roman Ephesus, the cave villages of Cappadocia, bargaining in the fabled souks of Aleppo, standing in awe at the entrance to Petra and marveling at the never-ending splendour of the giant ancient Egyptian monuments. Travel by truck, mini bus, traditional felucca and ferry. Try mint tea, Turkish kebabs, baklava, spicy mezes and a plethora of other Middle Eastern delights as you soak up the atmosphere and wonderful hospitality of this region. This tour truly has it all.
