Kumuka Worldwide NSWACT Business Development
Manager - Full Time

Leading Adventure Tour Operator Kumuka Worldwide are looking
for a well-travelled, passionate, confident, inspirational, self-motivated,
and disciplined person to drive sales in NSW and ACT.
This is a Sydney home-based position as a representative for our Asia
Pacific Head Office based in Sydney. Working autonomously and reporting
to the Head of Sales & Marketing your role will be to drive sales
and exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting and selling
Kumuka product through well-planned call cycle, rapport development
with industry, customer service, multi-level support and communication
with preferred suppliers, development and implementation of sales plans,
local level marketing and promotion, and recognition, development of
new markets in the most cost effective manner.
If you are a highly motivated person, and are able to consistently
deliver on sales targets, an attractive base salary and bonus structure
is available. Remuneration will salary (based on experience) and a combination
of commission and target based bonus. Expenses including kilometre allowance
and repping expenses paid.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a proven track record in sales
• Have excellent sales presentation skills and a strong customer
service focus
• Have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Have the ability to accurately measure and identify opportunities
• Consistently driven to achieve results

This is an Auckland home-based position as a representative for our
Asia Pacific Head Office based in Sydney. Working autonomously and reporting
to the Head of Sales & Marketing your role will be to drive sales
in New Zealand and exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by
promoting and selling Kumuka product through well-planned call cycle,
rapport development with industry, customer service, multi-level support
and communication with preferred suppliers, development and implementation
of sales plans, local level marketing and promotion, and recognition,
development of new markets in the most cost effective manner.
If you are a highly motivated person, and are able to consistently

will be a base plus a % of net growth per annum. Base salary will be
determined by experience. Expenses including kilometre allowance and
repping expenses will be paid.
