Kumuka Tour LeadersAs we continue to grow, we are always on the lookout for well travelled and energetic people to join our team. Kumuka's success is due entirely to a hard working and dedicated team, with tour leaders and drivers operating successful trips worldwide, coupled with our head office providing logistical support as well as experienced management of the tours.

Tour Leaders:
Being a great tour leader involves much more than just having travel experience - personality, teamwork, committment, responsibility and organisational skills are just some of the ingredients that go to make efficient tour leaders.

The requirements:
• Age 23 or over • Travelled in at least two continents • Must have excellent communication skills • Commitment to work overseas for up to 12 months • Second language spoken preferable (Spanish or French) • Leadership and organisational skills
